Do I have to leave my home, and for how long?
In most cases you do not have to leave your home during or after the application. Almost all of the pests we control can be taken care of without the hassle of vacating your home. Flea treatments and fogging require you to leave for a period of 2-3 hours. Expectant mothers and infants under 1 year are also required to leave for 2-3 hours following interior insect treatment.
How can I tell the difference between ants and termite?
Ants and termites are often confused with one another; however, there are a few simple things you can look for to differentiate the two. Termites have a broad waist and straight antennae, and both wings are the same size. Ants have a narrow, pinched waist and elbowed antennae, and they have two sets of different sized wings.
How can and insecticide not be harmful to people and pets?
The amount of pesticide needed to control insects is much lower than the amount that would affect mammals, such as humans and pets.
How long will it take to rid my home of the pests?

In most cases, no. One of the many advantages of the low toxicity solutions we use is you do not have a bothersome odor.
Will the products you use harm the grass or flowers?
No. Even with direct contact, you never have to worry about the product we use harming your lawn or plants.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not pressure you into a contract. However, we do offer contract-free service agreements that you are never locked into. No longer need service? No problem.
Do you guarantee your work?
ONE TIME APPLICATION: We guarantee all of our work for a period of 30 days; the only pests excluded are cockroaches and bed bugs. If the treated problem returns within 7 days, we will send a technician out at no extra cost.
6 TREATMENT PROGRAM: If you're on a maintenance program and your pests return between treatments, your technician will return at no extra charge.
